- Strictly PAYMENT WITH ORDER unless previously arranged.
- In fairness to all customers, orders marked URGENT CANNOT be given
special treatment.
- Wertune hereinafter referred to as the company reserves the right
to substitute materials when it is unavoidable.
- The title to the goods remains with the company until all payments
are cleared and balances owing are paid.
- If the choices on the order forms received from the customer are
incomplete the company reserves the right to make the choice/s on
the customer's behalf in respect of:
(i) Breedstudy
(ii) 4 or 5 generation "Parchment" pedigrees - 5 generation
will be sent
(iii) Typestyle for Affix
(iv) Colour - "Parchment" - Natural will be used for the
whole order, "Marbled" - Ivory will be used.
- LAYOUTS requested by the customer will be followed where
it is practical, otherwise the company reserves the right to rearrange
the layout.
- If any layout sketches are submitted together with the Personalisation
Form and the printed information required in each differs - the PERSONALISATION
FORM information will be followed.
- RETURNED GOODS - In the event of errors being made by the
company in customer's orders - ONLY second class postage will be refunded
for their return, unless no second class is available.
- EXCHANGES - No exchanges or refunds will be given on goods
correctly supplied to the customer's order specification.
- CANCELLATION by the customer after work has started - a charge
will be made to cover expenses incurred by the company. A Credit note
for the balance will be issued - NO CASH REFUNDS are given. If work
is completed - cancellation is not possible.
- HELD-OVER ORDERS will be charged at the current prices when
the work recommences and a balance owing account will be sent if applicable.
- CREDIT / DEBIT CARD ORDERS - the order amount will not be
claimed until the order is ready for despatch. Pedigree setting charges
will be taken at the time of dispatch of proofs, the balance being
taken on dispatch of the pedigrees. However if (i) for any reason,
the order is cancelled by the customer or (ii) the customer, subsequent
to placing the order, asks for it to be held back, then, when more
than two months have elapsed from the order date the company reserves
the right to claim an amount for the work done on the order to that
date. The customer will be informed in writing of the amount charged.
- COPYRIGHT permission and clearance is the responsibility
of the customer for any artwork supplied by the customer.
- The Company reserves the right to reject any artwork considered
unsuitable for good reproduction.
- The Company cannot be held responsible for postal delays.
